That’s not to say getting involved with either of these is a total let-down - they’re still perfectly fine - they just feel a little flat and uninvolved in terms of presentation and there are few reasons to stick with them compared to Diamond Dynasty and the new Storylines offering. Both its Franchise and Road to the Show modes do little to make themselves stand out over previous entries, continuing to take a firm back seat to the centrepiece Diamond Dynasty. Let's start with where this one is most lacking, and MLB The Show 23 once again fails to address a few issues that have been fairly long-standing with the game at this point. But, when all’s said and done MLB The Show 23 still manages to serve up a decent overall package. Also, the error I was getting when logging into my Nintendo account (before tonight) on now redirects me to the screen showing my accounts and which ones are linked. I logged into the game on my PS5 to verify and everything is perfect. ![]() I logged out of my The Show account and logged into my PS account and checked the marketplace and inventory on the web and everything was perfect.I then quit the game and went back into it and everything was perfect.I chose the My Ballplayer from my PS5 (the one on the server). ![]() It then told me that there was a discrepancy in the My Ballplayer on my Switch and on the server and asked which one I wanted to keep.I got a screen asking me which account I wanted to continue my progression on.I logged into my The Show account and entered the link code.The Switch then generated a code for me to enter into my The Show account. I clicked on Link Account under the My Profile Screen.I clicked on the icon by my name and clicked through the tutorial.I started MLBTS22 on my Switch and set it up as its own game (including creating a My Ballplayer). ![]() In case anyone needs to know, here is what I did: I have my current progression on both my PS5 and my Switch. Well, I'm here to tell you that it links just fine and there are no problems. With all the nightmare posts flying around about linking XBoxes and Switches to Playstations, I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to do it.
